A new season has arrived, and with it, new trends to transform the interior of our homes. This year’s spring brings a sense of freedom that we haven’t seen in a long time. Recently, there has been a growing desire to spend as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors, and this desire has been reflected increasingly in the world of interior design.
This Spring will be marked by interior designs that reflect a sense of hope and a desire for sunnier days, both literally and metaphorically.

Open Plan rooms have grown in popularity over time, and as people have spent more time inside and working from home has become more of a norm, they have begun to require more space and fewer walls around them. People are allowed to walk freely in these areas and can enjoy a variety of activities such as exercising, eating, and relaxing in specific rooms. Open spaces are ideal for families because they allow them to spend more quality time together and easily have conversations without having to move to a particular location to see them.
Rooms designed for self-care and total relaxation will be popular this spring. It has been demonstrated that, in general, people prioritize their mental health and well-being, and that it is critical that they find comfort and peace at home, as it is an essential aspect of their lives. Spa-inspired bathrooms, for example, are rapidly gaining popularity as an interior design trend and will continue to do so this spring.
Biophilic Design is a style that connects a room to nature by allowing in a lot of natural light, bringing plants inside, and using nature-inspired colours and materials. By bringing outdoor elements inside, your home will feel larger and more inviting, while also radiating the calm energy that we can find in nature. Indoor plants have been one of the most popular ways to bring the outside in.
The Curved Furniture Trend will be popular again this spring. Curved furniture evokes comfort and creates a warm and inviting environment. This trend makes us feel more connected to our surroundings. Curvaceous forms also make people feel cosy, warm, and safe, so this trend is likely to last in interior design.
