The 30,000 square-foot building located in London’s Trafalgar Square was home to the White Star Line shipping company from 1906 to 1929 and curiously, the luxury apartments complex will be designed to look like the interiors of early 20th-century ocean liners like the Titanic. Also, according to a press release, a scale model of the ship will be on display there. The two, three and four bedroom ocean liner-themed apartments will be between 1,679 and 5,447 square feet and they will cost between $7 million and $31 million, value for the duplex penthouse unit.
