b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos is as they say, above all, a group. Each work is born out of a need for a unique approach, with clients and society serving as critical guideposts. The architect from Madrid has been professor of projects at the École d’Architecture et de Paysage de Bordeaux and the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona.

Each solution that the team delivers is specific because of the purpose, environment, financial, and time limits of the project. The team’s name is derived from an abstract nomenclature from worldwide architecture classification that codifies the fundamental desire to create good architecture.

The firm, which was created in 1997 and is managed by Fermín Vázquez, a founding partner alongside Ana Bassat. The b720 team pays close attention to the construction process in order to ensure that the project is of the greatest quality. More than 40 specialists are involved in this project, including architects and colleagues from offices in Madrid and Barcelona.

The group has won the award for BEST ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT IN REAL ESTATE PROJECTS at the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2020 awards. The first residential project Residencias Forma Itaim was the big winner of the 2017 Pini Award in the Best Residential Building category and in Brazil it has already won two other awards: the Talento Ingeniería Estructural and the Central & South America Property Awards Development.
