1- 81 Dean Street

81 Dean Street harkens back to the inter-war intermezzo when Soho became known as a melting pot for London’s artists and intellectuals. The post-modern interiors of the 16 apartments and two penthouses combine an art deco inspired Soho loft design with classical detailing to create dynamic yet comfortable spaces, ideal for relaxing with a book or recreating the Roaring Twenties.

2- Four Seasons Hampshire

Four Seasons Hampshire is a country getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It is located in the picturesque Hampshire countryside, just outside of London.
MBDS was tasked with redesigning the hotel’s Reception, Lounge and Bar, and downstairs Drawing Room, as well as designing Wild Carrot, the hotel’s restaurant, and the Royal Suite. Inspired by the pastoral scenery, the hotel embodies the English Country House while remaining elegant with a modern twist

3- Madison Square Park Tower

Martin Brudnizki Design Studio was tasked with creating the interiors for the luxury residential development Madison Square Park Tower, first creating the show flat and sales centre.

5- Soho Beach House

Soho Beach House, located on Collins Avenue in Miami’s Mid-Beach neighbourhood, is described as a place where “grit meets glamour, the hotel meets private club.” Martin Brudnizki Design Studio was commissioned by Nick Jones to work on this 80,000 square foot hotel and private members’ club, which includes over 40 bedrooms, three rooftop suites, two large pools, beach cabanas, a screening room, a Cecconi’s restaurant, and an expansive Cowshed Spa. The oceanfront hotel, originally built in 1941, is inspired by Cuba and Latin America and features salvaged timber from Wyoming, encaustic floor tiles from a church in Spain, vintage barber chairs from upstate New York, and many reclaimed fixtures throughout the space.

6- The Academicians’ Room

The Academicians’ Room, located in the eastern wing of the Royal Academy of Arts’ historic Burlington House building, is a private members’ club for Royal Academicians and members of the artistic community. The member’s only space, based on the concept of a drawing-room, serves as a meeting place for like-minded creatives, with a sociable yet serene environment as eclectic and varied as the characters who inhabit it.

7- The Assila

The hotel’s design features clean lines, luxury materials, and palatial ceiling heights. It has 214 bedrooms, 94 residential suites, four restaurants, two spas, and a rooftop pool. A selection of Arabic motifs in the lighting, artwork, and patterns, as well as colourful fabrics, complement this modern architecture.

8- The Coral Room

The Coral Room, reminiscent of Lutyens’ architecture and the Bloomsbury area’s heritage, echoes the building’s unique heritage and preserves original detailing, all while blending exquisite furniture and muted tones with geometric motifs. The Coral Room reflects The Bloomsbury’s original character while also displaying contemporary flair, making it a space ideal for today’s modern social crowd.

9- The Palladio

The Palladio apartments embody the concept of curated luxury, drawing inspiration from the rich character of the Covent Garden Piazza. The Palladio is designed around an exciting lifestyle, combining functionality and style with high-quality finishes that are practical yet timeless. Natural light pours in through the large windows, serving as an asset to which subtle features like deep cornices, timber floors, and marble surfaces anchor themselves. The style is straightforward yet sophisticated.

10- Wentworth Club

The stunning champagne bar, created with elegant patterned wall panels, onyx and white lacquer, and brushed brass detailing, breathes new life into the space. With carved mirrored wall panels in rich gold and silver colours, the adjacent dining room achieves a rich sense of depth. The well-spaced dining tables create a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the inspiring decor. The handcrafted furniture and lighting used throughout the club add to the club’s beautifully ornamental yet casual feel.
