Since the first edition of Maison&Objet Paris, this trade show offers the best to interior design world: maison where you can find the very best decoration and home interior solutions organised by style and objet with the best objects and decorative accessories organised by product family. For this September edition, Maison Et Objet Paris 2018 has a new perspective: one world, two hubs, a new challenge with a complete overhaul of its structure. Keep reading and get ready with us for the new layout!
The fair has always seen two categories of visitors, retailers and specifiers, and each one with very different expectations during their visits but both want to find what they are looking for as easily as possible. With this in mind, the definition of the new sectors was guided by practical criteria chosen to clarify the offering and make it more accessible for all the visitors. Retail buyers appreciate the great variety of products on display, but need a clear divide by product typology and price range to save time. Specifiers tend to look for specific solutions for their interior design projects, with a more style-oriented approach.
Maison Et Objet Paris 2018 offers now a structure more efficient and fresh new sectors:
New sections by style Interior design styles are just as diverse as fashion trends. The challenge for specifiers is scouting new ideas, finding new inspirations. For them, M&O Paris has come up with a new Maison hub, making precise and inspiring changes to achieve just the right balance. Four realms are defined geographically and temporally, with self-explanatory names: Unique & Eclectic, Today, Forever and Craft.
Seven distinct families. This tradeshow is highly regarded by French and international buyers – whether for novelty shops, concept stores, department stores, online shops. Always in pursuit of accessories, ornaments and all sorts of decorative objects, these visitors organise their visit by product typology. The new Objet Hub has been expanded into seven sectors with self-evident names: Cook&Share, Smart Gift, Fashion Accessories, Kids&Family, Home Accessories, Home Fragrance and Home Linen.
