London Design Festival has arrived in all its glory and the best way to kick off this fabulous week calls Decorex. The first day of this design trade show was full of great designers, fantastic stands and plenty of surprises for everyone. Take a look to the first day of Decorex International!

THE VENUE
Syon Park dressed up for the ocasion, and the result is absolutely stunning! The champagne bar reveal was the clear highlight of the day, what an exquisite look it portrays, with a massive and gorgeous chandelier as the statement piece.

THE SEMINARS
A major part that makes the superb quality of Decorex is its seminars, always filled with great think tanks and the best designers around! This year’s edition is no exception, and today the 2 standout seminars featured Turner Pocock (with Emma Pocock, Bunny Turner and House & Garden decorating editor Gabby Deeming) and Martin Hulber Design (with Martin Hulbert himself, Jay Grierson and Country & Town House Interior Editor Carole Annett).

THE STANDS
We saw some incredible stands today, as everyone brought their A-game to the fair. We chose Fromental for their unique perspective on design and fabulous patterns, and Covet House for once again bringing the most trending pieces from the great Portuguese brands BRABBU, Boca do Lobo, DelightFull and Essential Home.
