Philippe Starck Designs Display Smartphone For Xiaomi

Eager for new challenges and adventures, Philippe Starck agreed to help design the Xiaomi Mi Mix smartphone, notable for having a 6.4-inch whole surface screen. The concept smartphone, revealed on Tuesday, has won praise for its minimalist form and bezel-less screen. “Designing a smartphone is a new creative experience for me,” says the french designer.

The Mi Mix is perhaps the most beautiful smartphone ever to make it to the assembly line. It features a sleek 6.4-inch body made entirely of ceramic and free of bezels on three sides.
