ANARCHITECT recently completed a 3,000 sqm high-end private villa interior and architectural modification in Dubai Hills for a client and his young family relocating from Geneva.
For ANARCHITECT this residence re-defines Modernist luxury with superlative stone, wood and metal work detailing and bespoke joinery to create a light filled home. The refined yet calming spaces are seamlessly connected to the exterior and inner-courtyard with vast views over the 18th hole of the golf course and the famous Dubai skyline beyond.

Private Beachfront Villa
ANARCHITECT was appointed by a VIP Private Client to design their family beach front villa in the heart of an affluent neighbourhood in central Kuwait. The Client is a globally travelled and avid collector of contemporary art which they wanted to display within the house and to enjoy each and every day.
The Villa’s accommodation, designed by ANARCHITEC is set over four levels. The passively designed property responds to the solar aspects and draws in natural North light deep into the spaces and provides key overhangs to the East and West to limit mid-morning and mid afternoon sunlight. The villa is carefully curated to allow working areas and home office, entertaining areas and more private family areas all layered together but never compromising privacy or sanctuary. The interiors take inspiration from the Brazilian modernist movement with rich timbers, stone and light, soft tones to evoke a relaxed beach context that allows the family to relax and feel comfortable within their home.
