Interior Design Ideas from The Gettys Group China Projects
1. Kardan Land Europark Serviced Apartments
The Gettys Group Companies brought luxury European living to the Chinese market, for the five buildings that make up The Serviced Apartments.
These homes, located in Dalian, Dongguan, offer 5-star hotel-style service and high-end amenities, including a fitness club. The lobby, lounges, library, pool, and several showflat units were all part of our work on the project, as were the planning and design concepts for all public and residential floors.
In this highly modern high-rise building restoration, the Gettys Interior Design team produced a refined environment with a collection of beautiful details. With contrasting neutral tones, wood elements, and tactile materials like linens and marbles, we created a tranquil, ultra-clean ambience.
2. Visun Villas Resort
The Visuan Villas were inspired by the stunning views and perspectives given by this waterfront site, and they harken back to carefree summer vacations.
Inspired by the look
The villas were created by the Gettys Interior Design team to be a mix of “Asian Modern,” with each having its own particular character and areas of differentiation. They developed a warm yet modern vibe by using local, sustainable materials that complement the region’s natural beauty while also including a modern residential design statement.
3. The Peninsula Hong Kong
In April 2013, the Peninsula Hong Kong announced its remodelling plans in honour of its 85th anniversary. With uneven floor levels, almost no two rooms being alike, and a mishmash of existing finishes, this two-phase renovation successfully created a new classical/contemporary experience for the 300 guestrooms and suites, as well as a subtle Oriental chic ambience that invites guests to relive the glamour of a bygone era of travel.
The hotel’s proprietors anticipated that by undergoing this extensive refurbishment, they would be able to surpass even modern hospitality standards and solidify the hotel’s status as a global leader in first-class hospitality.
The Gettys Group Companies team put their heart and soul into this project, as they do with all of their work.
The design team was inspired by the utilitarian yet distinctive features found in modern yachts, premium automobiles, and private aircraft. To link the past with the future, copper-coloured Chinese-inspired ink paintings were put on the walls, providing a unique, timeless vibe.
