The concept for the Zeelaf Villa was developed from the desire to maximize the main city views and provide privacy from the neighbouring properties and street. This courageous design philosophy places the main living spaces flowing out to the pool, on the upper floor, with the bedrooms located on the ground floor opening out to the garden.
Key to LW Design’s success is the manner in which their architects and interior designers not only work alongside each other but also partner closely with their clients in order to fully embrace the clients’ vision.
Referencing the laid back exclusivity of a Mediterranean island retreat, Monte Carlo Beach Club has a harmonious balance of contemporary linear architecture and a serene all-white palette. A boardwalk links the environmentally-protected beach, which includes a turtle nesting site, to the modern clubhouse where luxurious loungers and indulgently intimate cabanas elegantly line the infinity pool, creating a relaxing respite from city life.

The bold, masculine interior, constructed to complement the tower’s architecture, makes use of a muted colour palette. Materials such as leather, timber and stone have been integrated into the space to evoke an opulent atmosphere, transporting visitors back to the glamorous side of the 1960s. Arguably the most striking details are the signature up-lit glass shard screens that add much drama to the venue.
Visitors are transported from the double volume ground floor entrance straight up to the Sky Lobby on the 34th floor. Here, the majesty of the Pearl River Delta and the rich décor blends seamlessly with the feeling of coming home. Materials used to create the look include warm timber, decadent marble and metal details, paired with softer accents.
LW Design Group has an impressive clients list and a portfolio of hundreds of hotels as well as restaurants and bars. The experience they acquired on the multiple hotels, restaurants and bars have helped established LW as a force within the hospitality sector.
A chic style reminiscent of Rodeo Drive blends with tranquil tree-lined boulevards in the unique lifestyle concept that is City Walk. Reinventing how leisure time is spent in Dubai, it unites some of the world’s most prestigious designer brands with gourmet cuisine in a setting where the ceiling is quite literally the sky. The sleek, contemporary silhouette of the architecture contrasts with the lush greenery of the living terraces, vertical gardens and parkland, making City Walk the perfect fusion of town and country.
LW Design Group has applied the same philosophy – of creating an unforgettable guest experience – to their many high-end residential and mixed-use developments.
