Clerkenwell is one of the oldest London Design Districts, and is now home to some of the most established furniture brands in the world. With a long and glorious tradition of royalty, religion and revolution, Clerkenwell is now the beating heart of British design and architecture. During London Design Festival 2015, visitors will be able to en- joy brands and showrooms and see hundreds of new products from some of the leading names in design. *Birds of Smithfield
Spread over all five storeys of a handsome Georgian townhouse, Bird of Smithfield is owned by Alan Bird, formerly of The Ivy and the Soho House Group. The multi-level venue boasts two bar-lounges, a restaurant, and a private dining room all crowned with a swanky roof terrace overlooking the bustle of Smithfield Market.
