New York City welcomed once again the International Contemporary Furniture Fair that came to an end yesterday, November 15. The fair is commonly known as the largest event for interior designers, architects and basically everyone involved in the furniture line of industry because it’s a place where everyone gathers to alternate ideas, generate inspiration, and specially increase their network.

ICFF accommodates various people of furniture industry from more than 36 countries in the world, and they all reunite in New York with the goal of presenting the beautiful different ways design can be presented and what are the latest trends.  Clodagh is an interior designer who is constantly demonstrating her enthusiasm for the possibilities of design. She firmly believes that an exquisite design and the sense of well-being is key to one’s happiness inside their home. It is with that passion that this West Village Townhouse was marvelously decorated. The following apartment has been in the owner’s hands for more than 40 years and holds a very modern and elegant look. The living room’s neutral tones create a very clean and sophisticated atmosphere, and the large windows lead to the balcony, where one can take in the breathtaking views of New York.

Located in Midtown, Manhattan, this beautiful flat was designed by the group 1100 Architects. The goal of this wonderful creation was to honor the owner’s wishes for more space to store all of their books. There is also a private study room, a place to rehearse music, and a variety of other activities on the interior of the house. As a result, this New York space has a lot of open and bright rooms, as well as a lot of space to entertain and give everyone in the family their own space.

Shadow Architect renovated this amazing project located near the Riverside Park in New York City. Every detail and molding was kept as original to highlight what classic architecture looks like, and the architects allowed the modern and renovated kitchen and bathroom to relate to the apartment’s history. The living room in this case has been exquisitely decorated with the goal of appearing contemporary with a touch of sophistication. In addition, the rest of the house has a mix of mid-century and modern furniture, giving rooms a warm and inviting feel that comes with New York.
