Yesterday, BRABBU lauched two new pieces. One modern console table and one display. Both pieces are named AGRA and built in marble. The new display and console table will with no doubt enhance an home office decor or a entrance hallway or different kinds of contemporart or modern living spaces.

Reinterpreting the same inspiration from AGRA Dining Table, the new marble console table and marble display had a similar look to the first piece inspired by the Taj Mahal.

Relating to these new marble pieces, BRABBU Design Studio said:

“Marble is becoming a very trendy material again in furniture and interior design. And when used right, it is a very elegant yet strong material. For these reasons, we felt that we should use the same inspiration that we had for AGRA Dining Table to design other marble furniture pieces. The result – AGRA Console Table and AGRA Display. And of course a new “family” in BRABBU’s collection, the AGRA Family. The design process was similar to the same that lead to the creation of KOI Family, for example.”

AGRA DINING TABLE

AGRA is the modest setting of one of the most famous and most celebrated monuments in world, the Taj Mahal, also known as the marble mausoleum. AGRA dining table, just like Taj Mahal, is an impressive display of craftsmanship and elegance. Its delicate work of the robust white stone softens the imposing structure, while touches of brass reflect golden warm tones to the polished surface

Following the “reborn” of marble as a trendy material, and at the same time, a kind o material that reflects BRABBU’s philosophy – strong yet elegant – have a look to other BRABBU’s pieces in marble:

MOAI Wall Light

MOAI Wall Lamp was born from the challenge of reinterpreting the famous MOAI statues of Easter Island, into a contemporary lighting piece. Created by the Rapa Nui people, these statues are a symbol of authority and power, which stand tall and proud on one of the most remote islands in the world. A marble wall lamp that isn’t for the ones with lack of strength. As a reinterpretation of the statues, the contemporary lighting piece MOAI also stands proud in any home decor. Place it carefully in a contemporary or modern home decor and let yourself be blessed by the power of MOAI.

TACCA Center Table

Pietro TACCA was a sculptor whose statues were odes to war victories and trophies. TACCA Table with its Carrara marble top made like a sturdy yet elegant base, this table is built like the pedestal of a timeless statue. TACCA Center Table brings to living rooms around the world the satisfaction of winning a long day’s battle.

YOHO stool illustrates the expansive glaciers and impressive waterfalls located in the Yoho National Park, southeasthern British Columbia. Coming from the Cree word for amazement, YOHO is highlighted by its irregular marble texture on the base, remembering the harsh river curses running strong and fierce. On the top of this stool your hands will feel a cold yet soft sensation from the polished marble, enough to get you a breeze from the Canadian weather. YOHO fits in every contemporary space or gallery to leave a trace of Nature Forces marked by the Human Hand of Design.
