At a media launch in London, Hussain Sajwani, the chairman of Damac, admitted sky-high residential towers aren’t exactly the norm in the capital. However, he and Versace CEO Gian Giacomo Ferraris agreed London was an obvious choice for their collaboration. And they’re certain this one-of-a-kind development will be a hit with both local and international buyers.

For Ferraris, it’s London’s ‘strong business and cultural communities’ that appeal to Versace and its ‘global brand awareness’.

This project marks significant expansion for a brand which is known for fashion and accessories. ‘It’s the ultimate expression of our lifestyle concept,’ he explained. ‘Comfort will become our lifestyle’.

‘Donatella Versace is able to customise and tailor design for every interior space,’ he said of the brand’s plan for its ‘very contemporary’ apartments. ‘It’s a tailor-made project which will focus on a glamorous, bold and colourful DNA’.
