Spread over two floors, a ground floor bar leads to a lounge and main dining room above with 160 seats broken into smaller spaces to feel more intimate. In the same floor, a 12-foot wood-burning hearth takes centre stage, allowing you to watch chef Danny Grant preparing your delicious food.
Designed by Karen Herold of Studio K, it has the warmth and sophistication of steakhouses from a bygone era. From the leather and velvet upholstery in gorgeous rich colors to the dark wood, there’s an absolutely sense of luxury.
Another thing worth mentioning is the atmosphere created not only thanks to the amazing furniture but also the dimly-lit space. It has mid century modern lamps spread across the space that completely set the mood.
If you’re a food and interior design lover living in Chicago or are visiting the city soon, don’t forget to include this restaurant in your places to go list!
