The restaurant area is called Resto des Chefs. During the 5 days of the event, Les Collectionneurs select a Michelin starred chef and Denis Courtiade selects a wine waiter and a Restaurant Manager in order to show you the real experience of a gourmet restaurant. Due to its open kitchen, you can watch the Chefs and their teams preparing food for over 100 guests.

This year one of the themes is the world of Lewis Carroll, the famous english writer of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The loss of time notion and space will be the focus.
Even the stage has been set as a magnificent garden. Oversized flowers, clashing colours and a maze make part of this astonishing fantasy.

VIP Lounge by Marc Hertrich & Nicolas Adnet

The VIP/PRESS Lounge area, located right next to the Bar and Resto des Chefs, is directioned to professionals. Whether they are specifiers, industry decision-makers, major buyers or part of the specialist media, this is the place where they reunite.

Digital Roof by Julie Gauthron, Christophe Gautrand, Benjamin Deshoulières

The visitors will be greeted by a plant structure designed to produce bubbles of nature in an urban environment. The idea is to have an educational trail with a digital device showing conceptual scenarios on the rooftops. This trail will guide you through friendly hospitality and dining areas, gardens and many other exciting spaces. At the Hotel Industry Expert Hub visitors can use a ‘speed dating’ service to receive tailored advice and get insight into the experts’ latest research and thoughts on outdoor space and the hotels of the future.
