Cerocomacero focuses on the rehabilitation of protected properties, rehabilitation of unique buildings, a specialist in the attic and upper floors, custom and adapted design of building portals and entrances.
They collaborate with professionals and craftsmen of stone, wood, metal.

Modern Decor

Cerocomacero was founded by Natalia R. Álvarez in 2006. Natalia is a committed ecologist, interested in and supporting everything related to the rehabilitation and readaptation of existing spaces and the balanced use of natural raw materials.
Natalia studied interior design at Iade, Madrid and has collaborated with architectural studios and worked for companies in the construction, real estate and investment sectors.

Integral rehabilitation of a house in Las Letras, Madrid. The structure was modified and the constructive elements of the period were left in view, giving the house an industrial character.

4- Modern Decor – Attic in Salamanca, Madrid

Total attic rehabilitation project in Madrid. Large windows without blinds were installed and two intermediate terrace spaces were opened up, between the bedroom and the living room, with large glass windows that favour the entry of light and expand the space.

5- Modern Decor – II Attic in Salamanca, Madrid

Rehabilitation of an attic in Salamanca, Madrid. In this project, all vertical walls and the existing terrace annexe were demolished With a masculine character, the dark woods absorb the large amount of light entering the property.
