DECOREX 2015 LONDON: EXCLUSIVE HIGHLIGHTS and Inspirations

We are all excited about Decorex 2015 London Grand opening that occurred yesterday! We are already inspired and got amazing ideas form this great design show!

First day at the interior design show Decorex 2015 London is already gone! Was early morning when people started to show their badges, trying to be the first ones to arrive at Syon Park Decorex! When we arrived, we were striked by old memoirs…3 years ago, BRABBU was debuting at London in its first international trade show! To show you all the love we have for this London trade show, we share with you what were the best highlights of day one at London 2015!

The London Design Festival was conceived by Sir John Sorrell and Ben Evans. Building on London’s existing design activity, their concept was to create an annual event that would promote the city’s creativity, drawing in the country’s greatest thinkers, practitioners, retailers and educators to a deliver an unmissable celebration of design.

London Design Festival is be part of the annual event recognising the diversity of world-class design talent. First staged in 2003, the London Design Festival is one of the world’s most important annual design events. The Festival programme is made up of over 350 events and exhibitions staged by hundreds of Partner organisations across the design spectrum and from around the world. Decorex 2015 London is synonymous with luxury, and is internationally renowned for being the event to discover the very best, and most coveted products. Between of 400 hand-selected exhibitors, you’ll find BRABBU at stand J31 with a selection of mid-century modern furniture and contemporary lighting.

The event board took a look at one of the highlights of day one – the ever anticipated Decorex Awards. Each year they select three of our wonderful exhibitors to receive awards for best new exhibitor, best international exhibitor, and best new product, with the help of their highly respected expert judges. The jurys are Nigel Coates, Martin Hulbert and Lucia Van der Post. They scoured the show for the very best of the exhibitors, with each winner receiving a beautiful bowl, expertly crafted by Stuart Carey. This year the judges introduced a brand new award for Research in Making, after seeing the work of one of our Future Heritage makers.

For this edition, BRABBU selected its luxury most iconic and its best-selling products in UK, like the CAY Side Table, SIKA Armchair or even KOI center table. From 20 -23 September, come to visit BRABBU’s stand in this new cosmopolitan atmosphere at Stand J31. And you’ll also be able to find some Boca do Lobo products, as the RING mirror and the LENOX mirror will be on exhibition at BRABBU’s Stand J31.
