Tancredi and Alberto are two Milanese brothers who born with chocolate in their blood, so they founded one of Italy’s most historic pastry shops. Their family sold the company to Nestlé in the 1990’s but the brothers didn’t abandoned the chocolate business. Almost ten years ago, they created T’a, “pastry corner, sophisticated cafè, bistro, chic cocktail bar and flagship store” specialized in artisan-made chocolate.
The restaurant interiors were designed by local architect Vincenzo de Cotiis who gave the space a 1960s retro Italian flair mixed with the designer’s signature edge. T’a has an incredible design, from the mix of white and black marble on the floor to the sophisticated upholstery to brass accents to the modern suspension lights.
This sumptuous restaurant is located in the heart of Milan (1, Crerici Street) next to the historic Palazzo Clerici. If you’re in town, don’t forget to pop in this restaurant and see for yourself its amazing modern interior design.
