Hotel André Latin is a beautiful stone building, dating from the 19th century, and hiding 68 contemporary rooms. It takes advantage of its privileged location in the famous “Latin Quarter” in Paris, and so it’s a great solution for the visitors in the City of Light. But that’s not all – besides answering the ‘Where to stay in Paris?‘ question, the hotel interior serves as design inspiration for many people who are passionate by hospitality projects and interior design.

The owners, hoteliers Fabian and Guillaume Sodano, had this desire to update the hotel in 2015, and they decided to dedicate it to their paternal grandfather, Andrea Sodano. To achieve that, the Hotel André Latin‘s interiors were created with the help of the young Parisian interior architect Michael Malapert inspired by their grandfather’s taste and personality.
Throughout the hotel, we can find mid-century furniture blend with colorful details.
The subdued rooms feature wood floors and en suite bathrooms. Some add balconies that allow visitors to enjoy beautiful views over the city. The french interior design, as well as the fact that this low-key hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Panthéon and a 9-minute walk from the Jardin du Luxembourg, makes it amazingly wanted.
As usual in the french interior designs, the rooms may seem small, but these are very comfortable. The tiny balconies give the rooms a romantic, very Parisian style, feel!
With bold combinations of color and details that create a sense of authenticity, like floors of wooden planks texture, brass lamps, and marble tables, the hotel interiors are a reason alone to visit this beautiful building!
