The concept of the penthouse is to create a very calm atmosphere, where attention is paid to the mass of the architecture and a soberly tinted use of materials.
The central fireplace in the living room, with an asymmetrical arrangement of furniture, forms an important space in the penthouse as a salon.

The company has converted the house and stables of an 18th century farmhouse located in Lennik into a complex. A project that seeks to take care of the authenticity of the house while adjusting to a contemporary standard of living.


PROJECTLOFT NOORD by Studio Tollenneer
The conversion of an industrial loft space into an urban home. A open floor, with its own function and subtle difference in atmosphere. In the night zone, linen curtains are added as room dividers to create a more intimate mood, while the sports area is separated by more masculine pivoting panels in meshed steel. The contrast between soft materials and textures and raw steel elements are a common thread in this loft.

Execution of a spacious loft in Antwerp, that includes several zones with different atmospheres.
A different twist in the modern loft is the boudoir with its dark colour. All the different zones are linked by the overall use of natural materials such as stone, wood and a white canvas.
