Agia Projects was founded in 2009 with the goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations by using modern construction management processes, high-quality building management, and great customer service.

They provide bespoke construction and building services ranging from architectural renovations, expansions, and refurbishments to new luxury projects.

Construction management, a builder, labourers, and carpenters make up their team. A fully equipped joinery and manufacturing workshop staffed by skilled joiners. A Home Maintenance section, trash management services, and a large inventory of construction equipment are all available.

1. Modern Style Inspirations – THNEWTOWN RESIDENCE

The home’s gloomy, compact rooms and circulation areas are being completely re-configured and unnecessary pockets are being consolidated into huge open and light-filled rooms. Inside/outside living was a fundamental necessity of the new design, thus a big structural landscape alteration was undertaken to change the superfluous back yard and connect it to the living areas.

3. Modern Style Inspirations – BELLEVUE HILL RESIDENCE

We developed a subterranean adolescent hideaway with strong architectural features of steel and concrete, featuring a private courtyard, ground floor library with beautiful through-and-through deck, upper-level study and bathroom restoration, and an outdoor modification.

Agia Projects supplied design and construction resolution for several components of this project, particularly the new sections that joined the old structure.

4. Modern Style Inspirations – ELIZABETH BAY PROJECT

The client’s exact requirement was to change their entire floor flat into an art deco luxury property, maximizing space and, most significantly, the apartment’s height while adhering to the renowned Gazebo Tower’s curve.

Agia Projects successfully designed and implemented the designer’s concept through imaginative prototyping and rigorous testing, utilizing the best quality materials and our specialists’ exceptional technical abilities.

5. Modern Style Inspirations – WATSONS BAY RESIDENCE

Agia Projects has resurrected the concept to become an extraordinary property as a cutting-edge, entertaining, luxury mansion. From removing a full-sized tree that had grown in the ballroom to working in close collaboration with the client to bring his contemporary vision for this historic house to life, the project was all-encompassing. We are happy to have accomplished an outstanding and extensive renovation for our intelligent and discriminating customer.

A stunning luxury apartment in a one-of-a-kind building.
This project necessitated Agia Project’s well-known radius work, as well as onsite prototyping, to assure precision and correctness for the curved timber wall finishes throughout. The magnificent bespoke, built-in seats, as well as the recessed ceiling and lighting designs, contribute to the boat vibe throughout, maximizing the sleek and modern nautical ambience. 7. Modern Style Inspirations – THE TOASTER #2

The Agia team returned to “The Toaster” after completing two other outstanding luxury apartment refurbishment projects inside this building earlier. This spectacular piece of real estate has some of Sydney’s most coveted vistas, including floor to ceiling views of The Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Sydney Opera House, and The Royal Botanic Gardens from the living, dining, and bedrooms.

8. Modern Style Inspirations – CIRCULAR QUAY APARTMENT

The interior of the original two-bedroom flat was entirely gutted to make place for the new design.

Because this restoration was conducted in a luxuriously occupied property, Agia Projects encountered significant hurdles. The spectacular end product was delivered, with all demands addressed above and beyond expectations.

9. Modern Style Inspirations – MILSONS POINT

The two-level, 798 square metre penthouse in the prestigious Latitude Building features expansive views of Sydney Harbour, The Sydney Harbour Bridge, and Luna Park.

Living rooms were integrated and totally opened up with stack-back sliding doors to reveal the enormous balconies and take full use of the spectacular Sydney vistas.
