1- Hillcrest Residence
Introducing the current incarnation of the Hillcrest Residence, have interiors of the historic home have evolved over the years as Wearstler uses her own residence as a creative laboratory, experimenting with newly discovered vintage and contemporary designs, curating a global assemblage of unique and important pieces of furniture, furnishings and art collected throughout her travels.
2- Harper Avenue Residence
The California Style Spanish-style Bungalow home in the Vibrant Neighbourhood of West Hollywood offered an exceptional blank Canvas for its Design. Kelly Wearstler created an incredible Design with a unique infusion of contemporary and Vintage Art, Furniture and sculpture by established and prominent emerging Artists.
3- Wooster Residence
Two- Bedroom Penthouse Residence completely renovated and infused with distinctive bold colours, custom furniture, rugs and wallcoverings.
4- Evergreen Residence
The residence pays homage to art beginning with the owner’s existing prestigious art Collection to the handpainted custom wallcoverings and meticulously laid out abstract, asymmetrical marble slab floors. All the details chosen by Wearstler, create a comfortable and beautiful home.

5- Seal Beach Residence
For this project, Kelly has defined a natural and organic palette of sandstones, shell Pinks, Rusts, and moonstone greys to help shape an imaginative modernist dialogue with the sea in the redesign of this Dour-level South California Coastal Escape.

6- Bellagio Residence
This residence is a 10,00 SQ. FT was a 1939 Georgian revival overlooking the manicured links of the Bel Air Country Club that was in need of a new modern yet Classic Spirit, transformed into an Unapologetically Lavishh and Seductive Home.
7- Santa Monica Proper
Santa Monica Proper is a luxurious Hotel yet relaxed beachside destination with a sophisticated sensibility. Architectural elements, ambient lighting and potted greenery establish the interiors interplay and an environment designed for lingering.

8- Villon
Villon is a commercial project of a Restaurant located in the Restored Historic Lobby of San Francisco propper hotels. It has a modest image, yet sophisticated and accomplished, an intimate and richly detailed space combining furnishings and elements from various European Modernist styles inside a cubist Inspired Envelope.
9- Charmaine’s
A rooftop at the San Francisco proper hotel with a colourful, unexpected and refined European-influenced design to the uniquely curated cocktails created to be uniquely and intricately tied to the destination of San Francisco, Charmaine’s is at its essence an ode to the city it calls home.
10- Proper San Francisco
The proper hotel takes its design cues from a variety of pre-modernist styles, among them cubism and Viennese secession, creating an environment both sophisticated and sensual in its Surprising melange of custom and vintage furnishings with rich textures and natural materials.
