Capitalizing on Cyprus’ tourist economy, this 1,200-acre-site in the southwestern coastal city will be fashioned as both a residential complex and resort. Overseeing master-planning, architecture, interior design and branding, the entire scheme celebrates the Mediterranean island’s rich cultural history and natural environment.
At nearly four meters wide, this day-lit and spatially sensitive home that demonstrates how compact living can be achieved without forfeiting domestic quality. Integrating function with form, the design delivers the amenity of a luxurious open-plan apartment within a tiny footprint.

Located on Sydney’s Sussex Street, this new boutique hotel is a perfect getaway from the bustle of the nearby financial district. Neutral tones, natural materials, and references to nature comprise the contemporary interiors to set a relaxing mood while its forms take inspiration from the glazed, geometric façade designed by local architecture firm Fitzpatrick + Partners.
Located at the top of Manhattan’s landmarked, 60-story tower, 28 Liberty, the tactfully devised bar, restaurant, and event space takes advantage of the city views while using warm materials to create an inviting environment. Working closely with restaurateur Danny Meyer, of Union Square Hospitality Group, the two-part project ties in the with building’s value proposition of promoting the site’s architectural history and the organization’s appreciation for art and entertainment.
