What you can not miss at Casa Decor Madrid 2017

Casa Decor is an exclusive exhibition of interior design, with a unique format in Europe, which takes place every year in a different location in the center of Madrid. For 40 days – From May 8 to June 18, the Exhibition opens to the public a unique and historic building, which accommodates fifty spaces decorated by the most outstanding interior designers of the moment. Professionals of design, such interior designers, decorators, architects, designers, landscapers and artists, as well companies in the sector, consumption, luxury and high range, have a unique oportunity to promote and show your work, giving visbility to their projects and products in a context of luxury, vanguard and high decoration. Here, we bring you some of the presentations that you can not miss at Casa Decor Madrid 2017.

Dyson Clarke by Moongata
The interior design studio Moongata teamed up with Dyson to create the Dyson Clarke meeting room, a fictional character who at 40 is a successful international entrepreneur. Its history is told through shapes, textures, colors, materials and pieces – like Pictoclub paintings – that speak, which combine in a masterful way with the latest technology of the brand. The place counts with MALAY Armchair and Phong Wall Light by BRABBU.

Samsung Home Gallery TV by Guillermo Garcia-Hoz
The Madrid designer is placed in front of this space where the retro furniture in pleasing pastel colors contrasts with the latest technology in televisions of Samsung. A place that reminds us of elegant salons from another era without losing the futuristic touch.

“Blue Moon” by As Interiorista
The warm and sunny Californian coasts arrive in the center of Madrid with this recreation of an exclusive private club that bring us AS Interiorista. With the walls painted in intense indigo blue, the space combines vintage pieces (like a 60’s Murano glass chest of drawers) with modern ones (such as Jaime Hayón’s prototypes). A cozy corner where every detail dazzles.

Orange Space
Because the digital world is already a must in any home, the telephone company arrives at Casa Decor to present its new model of ‘Smart Store’, where together with a modern design you can see some of the most technological ideas for the houses of the future , Such as bulbs or air conditioners with internet connection. All, of course, without losing the human touch.

AXOR. Form follows perfection
The luxury faucet brand arrives at this edition of Casa Decor Madrid with a stunning installation: a black cube inside which are some of the products that have marked the history of AXOR, such as the shower LampShower by Nendo (in the photo) or The Starck faucets. Also included are novelties such as the Uno Zero and Uno Select models designed by the Stuttgart Phoenix Design studio, where pipes and right angles define aesthetics.

Corian by Deulonder
Lluïsa Deulonder and Chone de la Sotilla lead the design of this space that reproduces the elegance and sobriety of American kitchens. With two different stays and the Corian as main material, this space where the gray mole predominates has its furniture made entirely by hand. A mixture of craftsmanship and modernity suitable for any type of home.

Laufen by Patricia Urquiola
As has happened with the showroom that the Swiss firm has in the center of Madrid, the Laufen space in this edition of Casa Decor 2017 has been completely designed by Patricia Urquiola. The walls covered with a special glass that changes with the light are the perfect place to present the collection Sonar, also designed by Urquiola and which has been manufactured with SaphirKeramik, an innovative material finer than traditional pottery that manages to create pieces for the bathroom With shapes never seen before.
