The 2,800-square-foot home’s Tudor-Esque exteriors coupled with its Spanish-style interiors were likely the creation of a set designer or someone working for the Hollywood studios of the era. Everything in LA is absolutely massive, the houses are as big as possible and everyone wants to have absolute mansions, but for Jean-Louis Deniot it was different, he wanted a modest house but large gardens.
