AD Show 2019 is one of the most exciting interior design events so far. The event took place in New York City and it gathered some of the most talented and influencing brands of the field. Today we bring you some of the highlights.

Pasargad

Pasargad’s history dates back to 1904 as designers and makers of some of the finest rugs known for their quality and workmanship. In 1979 the company expanded to the United States and opened a branch in New York City. Founded by Beni Isfahani as a third generation family business entrepreneur. At Pasargad we believe rugs are not just a simple floor covering but a form of art for the floor. We have recently introduced a modern line of home furnishings as well. We’ve always been considered the authority on superior quality, craftsmanship and style.

Elbra Home

Elbra is a global leader in the design, sourcing, manufacturing and lifestyle marketing of upscale home furnishings. We boast a diverse range of styling, featuring recognized brands such as Porus, Malabar, Attiu, and CreativeMary. As a design leader for over two decades, Elbra is recognized industry-wide for its exquisite quality, service, and value, when it comes to bedroom, dining room, living room, home office, and outdoor living.

Stickbulb

Stickbulb was co-founded in 2012 by RUX Founder and Creative Director Russell Greenberg, and Partner Christopher Beardsley. It is every architect’s dream to build with light. The Stickbulb collection takes this aspiration literally. Sleek wooden beams come in one to six foot lengths and are designed to plug into and out of various steel hardware connectors without tools. They chose to use reclaimed and sustainably sourced woods as a primary building material, and sourced energy efficient LED technologies and components. The collection was designed with the least number of parts possible and with connections that make the pieces easy to separate for maintenance, recycling, or reuse.

McKenzie & Keim

McKenzie & Keim is a lighting design studio based in Chicago, Illinois. They craft high quality light fixtures suitable for residential and commercial interiors. Their products merge LED technology with classic materials like brass, glass, and solid wood to create timeless, efficient luminaries. Each light features minimal lines and elegant transitions between components, all clad in a variety of standard and custom finishes.

OT/TRA

Ot/tra creates furniture for workplace, hospitality, and residential interiors. Although they officially established the company in 2016, they’ve been designing furniture since 2010, when Zimmerman Workshop Architecture + Design. was established.

BRABBU

BRABBU is a top design brand that reflects an intense way of living, bringing fierceness, strength and power into an urban lifestyle. With a diverse range of furniture, case goods, upholstery, lighting and rugs, and through sensory design, the brand passes on a unique experience in every piece we design and produce.

Trey Jones Studio

Trey Jones Studio is a contemporary furniture design studio based in Washington DC that offers an atelier collection of furniture as well as custom pieces. Every piece is designed by Trey and fabricated by him and his team in the nearby Alexandria VA workshop or by skilled local fabricators. This in-house process allows Trey to experiment with new ideas while overseeing production to maintain the highest level of quality. The studio has the ability to execute projects at many scales, including limited production runs, custom commissions, and interiors.

Kino Guerin

A true explorer of the wood, Kino Guérin has developed his own molding technique to give hypnotic curves to a usually unyielding material. Not only does his furniture seem to be in motion, but it seems to be alive! With a mixture of sweet inspiration and surgical precision, Kino Guérin manages to create timeless pieces – both practical furniture and works of art. Each creation is positioned in perfect balance between opulence and humility; simply captivating.

Krista Fox Interiors

Since its beginning  the focus of the KRISTA Fox Interiors has always been listening to how a client wants to live in a space and then  shaping the environment around that message to create a home that reflects and celebrates the unique style of the owners. Another firm that shined at AD Show 2019.
