London Fashion Week came and went and is always eventful. This year, it was not exception. The event took place from Friday 17th to Tuesday 21st February, and this edition there was some major runway moments that deserve our attention. From Christopher Kane’s 10 year anniversary to Jonathan Saunders’ DVF debut and some other great names have been at the runway such Burberry, Topshop Unique, Anya Hindmarch, Julien Macdonald, Vivienne Westwood, Mulberry, Paul Smith, Alexander McQueen, Mary Katrantzou, and Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. One of the highlights was Mulberry owning the coin purse.The brand has ditched the “look at me” bags in favour of something a little more subtle, and smaller – the coin purse. This bags with shades of yellows, blues and purples, with a minimalist leather or croc finish will be one of the next new fashion trends
for Autumn/Winter 17.
The Burberry show was unexpected and a true departure for the brand, but the biggest surprise of all was the return of the cape. With laces, fringes, pearls, feather cape, cast iron and vintage Elizabethan cape was the suggestions on the runway. This one with pearls are amazing.
Also, there was space on the runway for a little music at the Burburry fashion show with british music.
This year,Topshop Unique reworked the nineties trend for the better and presents more miniskirts and plaid skirts.
The British fashion designer Christopher Kane presented its creations on the fourth day.
