DUBROVNIK PEARL HOTEL<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nDubrovnik Pearl Hotels intends to add 5,000 rooms in the city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. This construction is the first phase of a project known as the \u201cCroatian Dream Project\u201d. \u00a0This project will feature a total of seven hotels, all of which are new constructions. This undertaking will also boast a mega yacht marina with 400 berths, a business airport, a 27-hole golf course with adjacent private villas, condos, 85 high-end boutiques, art galleries, museums, restaurants, coffee shops, discos, an arboretum, a multifunction arena for major shows, a sports area, a seaside promenade that extends to 6 kilometers, a technology park, vineyards, olive groves, lavender fields, eco parks, and a movie studio. Combined with a inspiring hotel design, this project is truly impressive, as the cost of $533 million.<\/p>\n

HOLIDAY INN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in the Makkah province of Saudi Arabia, with a total of 5,154 rooms, this HOLIDAY INN stands to be spread across five towers, built on the site of the Abraaj Al Tayseer pilgrim accommodation. Located only 900 meters from the Grand Mosque, each tower will have a large restaurant.<\/p>\n

BAWADI\u00a0PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bawadi Project is slated to bring 6,500 new rooms to Dubai. Although the cost and the opening date have become fluid, the final vision remains impressive: located in close proximity to Arabian Ranches, it will be the longest chain of luxury hotels in the world, spread over a 10-kilometer stretch and including 51 luxury hotels and more than 60,000 rooms.<\/p>\n

AQUIS GREAT BARRIER REEF RESORT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Boasting 7,500 rooms across eight luxury hotels, this resort would be truly special, also featuring an artificial lake and island within the site, a casino, an aquarium, a theatre, a reef lagoon, an 18-hole golf course, and a convention center. Later construction phases are slated to bring 3 more hotels and a second casino.<\/p>\n

ABRAJ KUDAI TOWERS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This hotel is also located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia and will feature 10,000 rooms and a site area of approximately 60,000 square meters, as well as a total built-up area of about 1.4 million square meters. There will be 12 towers with a\u00a0total built-up area of about 1.4 million square meters: 12 towers with a bus\u00a0station, shopping mall, restaurants, food courts, a convention center and car parks.
