Zhukovka 49<\/strong><\/em> was an experimental project by Russian Architectural bureau PH.D<\/strong> founded in 2003 by Lana Grineva in Moscow. What was required here was the fully redesigning of the interior of a mansion house with an area of 1,200m\u00b2 in a short time period and with a strict budget due to the requirement of placing it rapidly on the market.\u00a0House No. 49 was going up for sale and thus needed to be done quickly and cost effectively, factors which greatly challenged the design and required swift discovery and delivery of new colors, arrangements, textures, and materials to fit these binding conditions<\/p>\n

It was in this context that BRABBU<\/a>\u2019s designs were selected to be part of this residential project<\/strong> by PH.D.<\/p>\n

\nThe ground floor of the mansion welcomes visitors with its comfortable living room, dining room, two guest bedrooms, a cinema, sports lounge, and spa.<\/p>\n

The pieces chosen from BRABBU<\/a> collection were: LALLAN coffee table<\/strong> <\/a>I made with four different materials and finishes as palisander veneer, black lacquer, polished brass and antique brass; INCA Armchair<\/strong><\/a> made in velvet and legs in ebony wood veneer with glossy varnish; also included was SIKA Armchair<\/strong><\/a> with golden polished details and legs in high gloss black lacquer.<\/p>\n

The distinctive feature of PH.D is the masterful work with colors, tasteful mix of natural materials, textures and scales and that totally recalls BRABBU<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s identity. Bringing nature inside in a classy and elegant way is what characterizes the brand\u2019s projects.<\/p>\n
