Do you remember the London building where people bought the ticket for the Titanic? That building, The Oceanic House building, is now being restored and converted into a seven-unit luxury apartment building. The opening is planned to<\/span><\/span> Spring 2017. The\u00a0 30,000 square-foot building located in London\u2019s Trafalgar Square was home to the White Star Line shipping company from 1906 to 1929 and curiously, the luxury apartments<\/strong> complex will be designed to look like the interiors of early 20th-century ocean liners like the Titanic. Also, according to a press release, a scale model of the ship will be on display there. The two, three and four bedroom ocean liner-themed apartments will be between 1,679 and 5,447 square feet and they will cost between $7 million and $31 million, value for the duplex penthouse unit. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
