London is soon to be home to Europe\u2019s tallest residential skyscraper which will include 861 luxury London apartments. HoK, a global arquitectural company that also focus on design, engineering and planning have finally broken ground for the project Spire London. The multi-million pound luxury London apartments will be located inside the Chinese funded and designed building.<\/p>\n

The 67 storey high residential tower will reach 771 feet into the London skyline and cost over \u00a3880m. St George Wharf Tower in Vauxhall is currently London\u2019s tallest residential building, currently standing 150 feet lower than the Spire will. It is located on Hertsmere Road on West India Quay and directly adjacent to Canary Wharf.<\/p>\n

The building will have 861 apartments which will include luxury suites and duplex penthouses, one, two and three bedroom luxury London apartments<\/em><\/strong>. Prices are said to start at roughly \u00a3600,000 up to roughly\u00a0\u00a33 million for a three bedroom duplex penthouse up at 700 feet.<\/p>\n

Within the design of the tower five star amenities have been included. These luxury London apartments will have access to a spa, club bar, common garden spaces, infinity pool, cinema, a creche, meeting rooms, games room and a cultural space.<\/p>\n

High end interior designer Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design has been appointed as the interior designer and it is expected to be completed in 2020.<\/p>\n

The building has been inspired by the Chinese flower, the Orchid and in particular its\u2019 petals.<\/p>\n
