Several <em>natural<\/em> environments home-decor the place: one corner of urban decor, country, sea, and a rustic mountain component. Javier Beriestain personally created the menu with the chef. The caf\u00e9 only uses local ingredients and authentic materials to build their cuisine. It also provides a selection of low-calorie dishes for those regulars that pay special attention to diet but do not want to sacrifice the pleasure of good food. The menu also includes breakfast and brunch with a selection of delicious cakes and pastries.
