From 22 to 26 of January, Paris Nord Villepinte will be invaded by a big range of wonderful brands with their new designs, as well as people from all over the world, professionals and non professionals in the home design field, to attend to Maison et Objet 2016. The trade fair spotlights the most outstanding\u00a0names on the international design and decor scene today.<\/p>\n

Since 2015, Maison & Objet show has chosen one Designer of the Year for each event. Maison & Objet 2016 Paris has set that each of these two designers must fit within the profile of each of the Paris shows, that is, a more product design-oriented profile in January and a designer more closely related to the world of interior architecture or decor for September.<\/p>\n

Eugeni Quitllet is a Catalan designer who readily describes himself as a \u201cDiso\u00f1ador,\u201d a contraction of the Spanish words for designer and dreamer. From object to space, Eugeni Quitllet is a design maestro with a unique vision for rethinking our surroundings with everevolving innovation.<\/p>\n

Quitllet is collaborating with French brand Designer Box to design an exclusive object and he has previously worked with other major brands like Kartell, Lexon, Mobles 114, Vondom, Christofle and IPI. He has also co-signed a product with Philippe Starck! For all these reasons, Eugeni Quitllet is the January 2016 Maison & Objet 2016 Paris Designer of the Year.<\/p>\n
