More than 600 sq. of premium rosewood now panels the wall of the 250 sq. apartment. The 300 year old rosewood has been polished seven times and coated with a vintage car finish technique by an Italian old-timer restoration workshop. This treatment gives the noble old rosewood a high-grade finish, giving it a \u201cluxury touch\u201d, only like the most glamorous residential properties have!<\/p>\n
