According to the designer David Kleinberg, it may seem difficult to establish a sense of warmth and character to a new building, where contemporary style dominates.
\nThis was the challenge of the New York<\/a> decorator, the prime corner unit in a stately new Manhattan residential tower.<\/p>\n

All apartment spaces that revolve around a central Entrance Hall.
\nKleinberg saw room for improvement, namely in the dining room<\/a>, a space that offered no view of the park. \u201cThe only thing you saw was the adjacent residential building,\u201d says the designer, who corrected this shortcoming by closing up the room\u2019s foyer entrance and opening the space to the living room and the Central Park treetops beyond. He also separated the kitchen\/family room into two independent spaces, noting, \u201cThe client wanted more of a divide between church and state.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some adjustments have been made by the Interior Designer<\/a>, like, raising the height of door frames, staining the oak floors to deep cordovan, and swapping October wan crown moldings and baseboards for more refined versions que, Kleinberg says, \u201cProvide a bespoke quality\u201d.

One of the main goals\u00a0of David Kleinberg was warmth\u00a0the apartment with textures he used from several wall treatments, linens stripes gold, silver tea paper, bleached wenge paneling and others.
\nSurfaces offer impressive scenarios for customer art, mostly paintings stars New York school as Helen Frankenthaler, Richard Pousette-Dart, and Lee Krasner-many with swirling strokes that adds a lyrical air residence.<\/p>\n

\nIn the living room, for instance, the Eug\u00e8ne Printz desk with arching legs is Accompanied by the svelte Diego Giacometti iron-and-bronze chair. The library, anchored by the suede-covered sofa modeled after an original influential in Coco Chanel<\/a>\u2018s Paris apartment, Felix Agostini features a cocktail table made of glass and gilded bronze that provides the otherwise masculine zone with a touch of the ethereal.<\/p>\n
