Real estate developer Damac is collaborating with Versace Home to create Aykon Nine Elms, the first fashion-branded apartments and penthouses in London.<\/p>\n

With interiors designed by Versace, panoramic views of the capital and a starting price of approximately \u00a3700,000, one thing\u2019s for sure \u2013 Aykon Nine Elms will be a luxurious addition to London\u2019s premium property market when it opens in 2020.<\/p>\n

Dico UK, a subsidiary of Middle East real estate developer Damac, has partnered with the Italian fashion house to launch the first of its branded residences in the capital. Located in a prime spot overlooking the River Thames, the tower will be play a major part in the 195-acre regeneration project in the Battersea area.<\/p>\n

There will be one, two and three-bedroom apartments inside Aykon, plus studio and penthouse units. The extensive list of amenities for residents here will include a gym, indoor pool, spa, roof garden and cinema.<\/p>\n

Starting at \u00a3700,000 and reaching up to \u00a34 million, these properties definitely promise grandeur.<\/p>\n

At a media launch in London, Hussain Sajwani, the chairman of Damac, admitted sky-high residential towers aren\u2019t exactly the norm in the capital. However, he and Versace CEO Gian Giacomo Ferraris agreed London was an obvious choice for their collaboration. And they\u2019re certain this one-of-a-kind development will be a hit with both local and international buyers.<\/p>\n

For Ferraris, it\u2019s London\u2019s \u2018strong business and cultural communities\u2019 that appeal to Versace and its \u2018global brand awareness\u2019.<\/p>\n

This project marks significant expansion for a brand which is known for fashion and accessories. \u2018It\u2019s the ultimate expression of our lifestyle concept,\u2019 he explained. \u2018Comfort will become our lifestyle\u2019.<\/p>\n
