Maison et Objet 2019 and Other Remarkable Events to Kick Off the Year

2019 promises to be a marvelous year. The interior design world welcomes Maison et Objet 2019 and IMM Cologne in January, in order to kick off the year with enough enthusiasm. But this is not all: Covet International Awards will also take place during the next month, recognizing the best projects out there regarding craftmanship.

Maison et Objet 2019 is the first big event in the amazing year that awaits us. Paris is the place to be in January, where 65 countries will have the opportunity to show their amazing pieces. Between the 18th and 22nd of the next month, the French tradeshow is ready to dazzle everyone with the best of interior design trends 2019. The show will feature 3000 brands, from which 600 are new exhibitors belonging to different sectors such as furniture, lighting, bath, fashion, accessories, among others. About 85000 (65% are retailers) people will be present, from 160 different countries. The event will be divided in two parts: MAISON – that will includes interior decoration and OBJET – perfect for retailers.

IMM Cologne

The furnishing trade show will present not only the best of German interior design, but also the best of design worldwide. Hundreds of brands will be present. Suppliers of living room, bedroom and bathroom furniture, mattresses and sleep systems, as well as home textiles, wall coverings, floor coverings, lighting, accessories, bathroom fixtures and fittings will dazzle you with their products. Covet International Awards

Even though submissions are now closed, don’t forget to keep an eye on Covet International Awards. The event, sponsored by Covet House features BRHANDS as its partner, seeks to recognize the most outstading projects worldwide. The winners per category will be annouced in Paris during Maison et Objet. The online voting to pick up the best of 2018 will preceed in February and March, and the winners will be announced in April during Milan Design Week.
