Studio Gang<\/em><\/span><\/strong> is a Chicago-based architecture and urban design firm with offices in New York, San Francisco, and Paris, founded and led by Jeanne Gang. 1. Solstice On The Park<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Located in Chicago\u2019s Hyde Park neighborhood,\u00a0Solstice on the Park is a twenty-six-story residential tower-shaped by the angles of the sun and one of the first Studio Gang projects<\/a> to explore the idea of solar carving for environmental advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. 11 Hoyt Project<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A new condominium tower, 11 Hoyt is designed to provide space for nature and community to thrive, vertically, within the densifying neighborhood of Downtown Brooklyn.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. City Hyde Park Project<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

City Hyde Park reimagines the urban apartment building, bringing new options for living<\/a>, recreation, and leisure to its full-block site\u2014formerly a strip mall and under-used parking lot.

Located at a busy commercial intersection near Lake Michigan, adjacent to a commuter rail stop, and with 20% affordable units, it is designed as a pedestrian-friendly hub that has a positive impact on the greater urban evolution of its neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. One Hundred Project<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

One Hundred is a new residential tower overlooking Forest Park in St. Louis. The tower, Studio Gang\u2019s first project<\/a> in the city, rises over 380 feet and includes retail, amenities, parking, and residential apartments with views of the park to the west and the Gateway Arch to the east.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Harbor Point Residence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Located in the Harbor Point high-rise, a 52-story tower constructed in the early 1970s, this residence was originally two separate apartments.

Combining the units into a single, 1,900-square feet home, the design<\/a> makes use of a limited palette of finishes and colors to simplify and expand the space while enhancing its incredible views of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
