Following the vision of its founders Andrew Dunn and Alex Michelin, Finchatton <\/em>has designed, managed and financed over 60 major development projects around the world. The most recent chapter in the studio\u2019s history includes two notable developments in London:\u00a0Twenty Grosvenor Square\u00a0and\u00a0The Whiteley. In 2019, the studio completed the first standalone Private Residences with Four Seasons \u2013 Twenty Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. The company has two distinct divisions:\u00a0Finchatton Private<\/em>\u00a0which undertakes bespoke commissions around the world, and\u00a0Finchatton Residences<\/em>\u00a0for development projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
