With more than\u00a0200 exhibitors<\/strong>, the over 330,000 visitors who flock to it each year will find the exhibition packed with everything that helps to bring character and originality to the domestic spaces. Innovative design, style and trends are the buzzwords for this particular event.<\/p>\n

Honoring Leonardo Da Vinci<\/h5>\n

Fuorisalone<\/strong> is a set of events that are distributed throughout Milan at the same time of\u00a0Salone Internazionale del Mobile.\u00a0<\/strong>These two events, you could say, are the main definers of Milan Design Week. However, in the case of the Fuoriosalone, this is not a fair event nor is it controlled by any institution, but it\u2019s an initiative that expands to many other areas such as art, fashion, food, technology and telecommunications. You can find many of the exhibitors of\u00a0Fuoriosalone\u00a0at many Milanese districts, mainly in Brera, Tortona and Ventura.<\/p>\n

XXII Triennale di Milano<\/h5>\n

\"Salone<\/a><\/p>\n

The\u00a0XXII Triennale di Milano<\/strong>\u00a0starts in the 1st of March and ends at th 12th of June, however, it\u2019s also a potential event to be seen during Milan Design Week. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cBroken Nature: Design Takes on Human Survival\u201d and the main goal is to, in their words \u201cpromote the importance of creative practices in surveying our species\u2019 bonds with the complex systems in the world\u201d and discuss and analyze potential solutions in that regard. The event is currently curated by Paola Antonelli (Senior Curator of Architecture and Design and also the Director of R&D at The Museum of Modern Art, New York).<\/p>\n
