The Soho House<\/em> hotel chain is the responsible group for this offering, and the number of their outposts around the world is now set at 23. The Redchurch Townhouse<\/strong><\/em> opened its door this month. It is composed by a public restaurant with 37 tiny to large bedrooms that are decorated by the Soho House Design<\/strong> with influences from the 1950s and the 1970s. The place is filled with custom-made retro chandeliers, graphic prints and midcentury pieces of furniture. It\u2019s placed in a 1960s two-story industrial bulding on Whitby Street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The menu is similar to the italian restaurant Cecconi\u2019s Mayfair<\/em> (also part of Soho House). Some of the dishes consist of past bowls and wood-fired pizzas and other delicacies like tuna tartare with avocado, chill and mint. For desert, you can try profiteroles with pistachio gelato and chocolate sauce, among many other scrumptious dishes.<\/p>\n

The 37 existing bedrooms distributed throughout\u00a0Redchurch Townhouse<\/strong><\/em>\u2018s 5 floors were designed individual by a large number of architects and interior designers who planned on offering the place a mid century vibe in order to homage the bulding where it is located. The furniture is a mixture of contemporary and traditional pieces. The living area owns mid-century velvet armchairs and the enormous bathrooms possess hand-painted blue tiles.<\/p>\n

Either way, the Redchurch Townhouse<\/strong><\/em> is definitely the place to be to experience an intimate yet sophisticated environment, with walls filled with artwork by 40 London artists under 40.
