When Tristan Auer<\/strong><\/em> opened his own design studio in Paris in 2002 there were no lack of amazing projects from boutique (Chanel, Nina Ricci, Lolita Lempicka) and hotel (Les Bains, l\u2019H\u00f4tel du Louvre) interiors<\/strong><\/em> to apartments: a slow but sure evolution that propelled him into the most exclusive spheres all over the world. An imperative that keeps guiding his creativity is making sure the ideas are in tune with the times. It\u2019s all about \u201cgetting the timing right, being in tune with what is changing and how people\u2019s requirements are evolving\u201d.<\/p>\n

Hotel de Crillon in Paris confirms its timeless presence, a constant fascination, and showcases of French style at its best. The common areas and boutiques at the eagerly awaited H\u00f4tel de Crillon were designed by Tristan Auer.<\/p>\n

The first design commission since Atelier Tristan Auer became part of the Dallas-based luxury design group, Wilson Associates, resulted in the renovation of a majestic home dating to the early 20th Century, located in the exclusive Parisian suburb of Saint-Cloud. It is first and foremost a home for a busy family with small children and secondly, it is a setting to showcase the family\u2019s substantial contemporary art collection in a chic, comfortable environment.\u00a0Completed in October of 2016, this is a modern residence that combines a Belle \u00c9poque ambiance with a mid-century, minimalist aesthetic.<\/p>\n
