In this week\u2019s edition of restaurant interior ideas<\/strong><\/a>, we are flying to London and discovering Urban Coterie<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0This new restaurant created by luxury hospitality brand\u00a0Searcys\u00a0in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Anthony Demetre.\u00a0Located in vibrant Shoreditch, in the 17th-floor at the M by Montcalm Hotel,\u00a0it has\u00a0an incredible view over central London.\u00a0Take a look at its modern interiors!<\/p>\n

With a menu that will change each month, the kitchen\u2019s Chef patron Anthony Demetre and Head Chef Killian Lynch and has a focus on British produce and seasonality.<\/p>\n

Behind the\u00a0restaurant\u2019s incredible design were London-based studio Tonik Associates, a creative\u00a0multi-disciplinary design practice. With a\u00a0dash of Art Nouveau by way of trapezoid shaped windows, brass and leather trim, white marble, and low-slung dining chairs clad in light pastel leather, it creates a modern, mid century atmosphere.\u00a0The modern lighting also has an important role in setting the mood. The amazing black wall lamps<\/a><\/strong> are from DelightFULL<\/a><\/strong> and really complement the space!<\/p>\n
