For this edition of restaurant interior ideas, we are taking you to Paris, to one of the most stylish airport restaurants: I Love Paris. Chef Guy Martin has given a new twist to airport eateries which are usually marked by bland food and soulless interiors. Located in Charles de Gaulle airport, this restaurant is the perfect choice whether you are stuck inside or too hungry to look for a place to out in the city. Take a look at these brilliant interiors!
India Mahdavi was the interior designer behind this project. Mahdavi opened her studio in 1999 in Paris and since then has been creating her signature style, full of curves and playful, captivating interiors.
The space includes a 70-seat restaurant, champagne bar and bistro with subtle references to Paris, including stylish black and white photographs of the city’s icons by Brigitte Mestrot. Once again, upholstery in rich colors like lime green seems to be the trend in restaurant interiors and we totally approve it! Plush velvet and leather furnishings in those beautiful, bright colors are offset with rich brass details.
