Sourcing extraordinary materials from around the world and teaming up with local artisans and craftsman, Guesthouse designs are recognized as atmospheric, artful, and refined. Their trademark is the use of color, unexpected scale, sculptural form, rare vintage pieces, and masterful layering of texture, pattern and light.

Downtown Condominium – Seattle, Washington
Guesthouse expanded their portfolio in 2013 to include commercial and hospitality design. They soon won a large corporate project that earned Guesthouse the award for “Best Commercial Project in Washington State” by ASID, establishing the firm’s capabilities in the field of commercial design.
High Rise Office Building – Bellevue, Washington
Guesthouse has been highlighted on HGTV as well as in local design publications including Luxe Magazine, Seattle Met Magazine, and Seattle Magazine who named Guesthouse the “Best Housewares Shop in Seattle” in 2012.
