What a close collaboration between the client and an architect can do is clearly visible at the new home of Spotify in NYC. Exclusively individualized and well-suited Spotify’s office design reflects not only the innovative company but an entire culture.
Founded in Sweden, with major offices in Stockholm and London, Spotify is now the world’s largest music-streaming service with nearly 100 million active users. New York presence located within the 120-year-old Siegel-Cooper Building on the Avenue of the Americas at 18th Street is a place that speaks for itself. Nevertheless, the design decisions by TPG Architecture is what truly makes it extraordinary.

The reception area welcomes with an exceptional light installment and superlatively unique lounge furniture built around the Hermes sofa from Brabbu.
A Victorian look library delivers pure colors into the context of the deep dark wood. All together it creates that sense of inspirational wisdom.
Whiteboard-clad walls falls into a contrast with vivid colored furnishings making the whole room a brainstorm sanctuary.
A green-and-white checkered floor with Tom & Jerry stools and wise settlement of gadgets in the background are what produces the feeling as if you bought something straight from an “craftsman’s oven”.
Small but enough booths for short-meetings colored in bright citrus summarizes the quick-stop working environment.
As the axis of the office stands the central corridor with sit-down areas that has the glass gliss to a stained concrete floors. Take a look of what is underneath the work tables – colorful runaway is not forgot and persists through most of the interiors.
