Forty Management and Investments is a residential and commercial real estate developer from Romania. Their residential projects are developed under the Central District brand and are build within Bucharest, their commercial projects cover much larger area throughout the country.

Central District 4 Elements mean Air – with large, airy spaces, from terraces and balconies that can accommodate dining tables; Water – with 3 large pools of artesian fountains, located in the common area; Earth – there are more than 2,800 sqm of common areas and private gardens with plants and flowers, large trees and the promenade area; Fire – about 500 sqm meters allocated to the socialising area.

Central District Cuza99 a residential apartment building, situated, like the rest of the Central District developments, in the very heart of the city. The particularity of this project stands in the way Forty Management conducted to thoughtfully design the apartments to make them stand out on the market.

Situated near Hotel Cismigiu, a few steps away from Cismigiu Park, this building has been completely reconditioned and consolidated in 2015. The apartment building beautifully combines the bohemian flair of the art deco exteriors and architecture with modern facilities, top finishes and generous, spacious apartments.

For this project, the challenge was to conceive a building that perfectly balances the harmony and comfort of an individual house with the benefits and facilities of an apartment. The Popisteanu villa, containing two duplex apartments with complete independent access, meets all the requirements: excellent location, generous spacious rooms and a price that is more than fair. 

Located in the Domenii neighbourhood, this boutique building of 6 apartments was a joint venture between the landowner and the Central District. In this project, Forty Management also observes the same characteristic features: good location, quality of execution, all for a good value. The project was successfully completed and fully sold during the execution phase.

The building is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, full of old aristocratic mansions, and it truly was a development challenge for Forty Management, due to the unusual shape of the plot.
