Following the vision of its founders Andrew Dunn and Alex Michelin, Finchatton has designed, managed and financed over 60 major development projects around the world. The most recent chapter in the studio’s history includes two notable developments in London: Twenty Grosvenor Square and The Whiteley. In 2019, the studio completed the first standalone Private Residences with Four Seasons – Twenty Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. The company has two distinct divisions: Finchatton Private which undertakes bespoke commissions around the world, and Finchatton Residences for development projects.
Finchatton – 18 Grosvenor Square
18 Grosvenor Square is situated on the third floor with south-facing views overlooking the Square. It is a lateral apartment with four bedroom suites, a media room, a family kitchen and an open reception and dining room.

Belgravia is an iconic and revered residential district – within its bounds are some of the most sought-after addresses in London. At its heart is Eaton Square, renowned as being the most prestigious. The area has been home to London society for centuries, with many notable and distinguished individuals having lived within its grand stucco-fronted houses and imposing columned terraces.
Finchatton – Twenty Grosvenor Square
Twenty Grosvenor Square, the world’s first standalone Four Seasons Residence, is London’s finest address. Located on one of the world’s grandest garden squares, it is a home of historical significance, comprising thirty-seven private residences. Twenty Grosvenor Square has been masterfully designed by Finchatton to combine exceptional elegance with legendary Four Seasons service to create the ultimate lifestyle experience.
Finchatton – Beach House
A contemporary colonial-style villa set in the Endeavour Hills, providing guests with a captivating outlook over The Cotton House and beyond to Bequia and St Vincent. Built by the London-based studio, the four-bedroom villa provides extensive Caribbean-style outdoor living spaces and elegant interiors.
Finchatton – Orchid Apartment V
Designed by Finchatton, interior designers based in London and operating worldwide, Orchid Apartment V has a prime position within the super-yacht marina at Albany, the luxury resort community on Providence Island in The Bahamas. Situated on the fourth floor of the Orchid building, this substantial private residence has contemporary living spaces in this exclusive location.
Finchatton – Kensington Residence
The spacious interiors of this four-bedroom apartment were redesigned, paying tribute to its many heritage features. From the ornate ceilings to the shuttered sash windows, every detail has been meticulously restored.
Finchatton – Knightsbridge Apartment
An elegant and spacious apartment at one of Knightsbridge’s most exclusive addresses. The studio worked with the client to redefine the interior spaces of this apartment. Bespoke furniture, rugs, lighting and integrated technology combine the classic with the contemporary.
Finchatton – Lakeside Apartment
Finchatton designed this sleek and spacious lateral apartment, with stunning views of Lake Lugano, to reflect the client’s desire to create a boldly contemporary holiday retreat in keeping with the Modernist style of the building.
Finchatton – Family Residence
The family who owns this private estate requested Finchatton to undertake its complete refurbishment. The result is a harmonious interiors scheme with a French influence, which complements the estate’s lavishly planted gardens.
Finchatton – Blomfield House
Knighton Place is a rare new development set in close proximity to the significant London landmarks of Harrods, the Victoria & Albert Museum, Sloane Street and Hyde Park. The development is in a quiet and residential street populated by elegant homes of late Georgian architecture.
