Meet the work of Didier Gomez: not only a designer since 1978 (the year his first furniture collections were launched), but also an interior architect since 1985. The French designer loves both furniture and spaces, which he has been creating all over the world ever since.
Curious enough, the designer started off as a opera singer, and now some of Gomez clientes include Yves Saint-Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Carrousel du Loura, LVMH and Bernard Arnault.
According to the designer himself, he practices an art dedicated to well-being. Through his agency DGID, the designer has completed some of the most iconic projects all over the world, including the Café Roset in Moscow, La Coupole restaurant in the Printemps store in Paris, the Asia Lounge restaurant in Almaty and the Méridien Montparnasse in Paris, and Joël Robuchon’s Yoshi restaurant in Monaco.
In this residential project, the quality of Didier’s work speaks for itself. Contemporary details with statement color schemes are part of this Parisian home. The care brought into details, brought together the furniture, the lamps, the fabrics and the carpets.
Didier Gomez transformed numerous head offices, offices, shops and concepts worldwide. The one above is from BNP Paribas. It is a modern interior design, with a bold color scheme and the space is very well organized.
At the 5-star Sofitel Le Faubourg, situated in the heart of Paris, modern style meets the 18th century, mingling soft pastel tones with lots of natural light in many of the 147 rooms and 36 suites.
Didier completed the renovation of the Sofitel Le Jardin des Roses in Rabat, in which the Ligne Roset participation was extensive, with not only models from the collection but also tailor-made products specially designed by Didier Gomez for the project.
